Urban Collectors is a library about graffiti and urban art located in Bucharest, Romania. After having transformed into a an art gallery over time, its objective is to promote urban art and graffiti through free access to its education and culture in an attempt to promote a message of equality and anti-discrimination.

In the library you can find all types of publications related to street art, graffiti, participatory art, protest art… etc. The public has free access to all the documents stored there, and they can also have access to a space where they can draw freely.

Urban Collectors intends to expand the international vision on the urban art scene and is welcoming donations. Anyone can collaborate with the project by donating magazines or books related to these topics. So, if you have magazines that you don´t know what to do with, you can write to info.urbancollectors@gmail.com, and they will be thrilled to keep them and make them available to anyone.

This project is an initiative of Quantic association, a platform created in 2013 that organized graffiti festivals, published magazines, organized exhibitions, sketching sessions, opening the dialogue between urban art and communities.
