Since the end of the month of April, El Mac’s work now occupies a privileged location at the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum. ‘Desert Rose (Nuevas Generaciones)‘ is the title of this vertical format work that brings us the best in El Mac’s style and symbolism, utilizing a photographer taken by El Mac himself. Karen Bracamonte, a Guatemalan immigrant who is part of the artist’s circle of friends is the woman portrayed in a representation of love, life, and diversity, in this piece that now forms part of one of the exterior walls of the museum in this Arizona state city.
