WUZONE X KIDROBOT WORKSHOP AT DELIMBO

Montana Colors has collaborated in an Art Toys workshop together with KidRobot at the Seville gallery, Delimbo. During the workshop the new Water Based Paints in their different formats were utilized and gave excellent results. We heard it straight from Delimbo gallery:

His name is WuzOne, he’s from Seville, and he is the most famous Art Toy artist in Spain and one of the most reputed in the world. How could we not take the opportunity to do a workshop at Delimbo? This past April 22nd and 23rd we had two very special workshops masterfully conducted by the great Wuzone.

Wuzone started painting graffiti at the end of the 90’s but it was more than 8 years ago when he painted his first custom toy, and since then he hasn’t stopped.
Currently WuzOne has sold more than 500 custom toys to collectors all over the world and has exhibited his works in New York, Paris, Madrid, San Francisco, London, and San Diego, among other places. Recently he was the first Spaniard to have his first 8” Dunny produced on a large scale by KidRobot, the world’s largest manufacturer in the industry.

Friday was aimed at children and the Saturday workshop was focused for adults and professionals. In the first part of the workshop he gave a brief historical overview on Art Toys and customized figures. Next, he began a live toy customizing demonstration while explaining the first steps needed to be taken.
In the second part, the participants began to paint their own toy under WuzOne’s guidance and supervision.

Thanks to the support by KidRobot & Montana Colors, each participant had their own 4” Munny, as well as the paint and materials needed to complete their customized toy.
